The School of Biblical Apprenticeship is a 12-month discipleship journey built on the Spiritual Growth Roadmap™. It includes live teaching, group coaching, one-on-one mentoring, a private online community, and a capstone retreat at the end of the program— all designed to give you a proven step-by-step path to maturity in Christ.

The SBA is designed for Christians of all maturity levels who either feel spiritually stuck, stagnant, and unsure of their next step, or who have a strong desire to grow deeper than they ever have before — and who are ready to commit to a year of intentional growth.

No, you don't. The SBA is designed for both new believers and seasoned Christians who want to go deeper. You will be introduced to the essentials as well as empowered to go deeper on what you may already know.

On average, 2–3 hours per week during the first 16 weeks, including live sessions, spiritual practice, Bible engagement, and personal reflection.

During Phase 2 of the journey, an average of 1-3 hours of intentional investment per week are all you need to experience the benefits of the process.

Phase 3 involves a single 2-day in-person event, and the writing of one capstone summative paper that you'll want to afford 5-10 hours total to complete.

The program has been designed with busy schedules in mind to infuse depth and personal application into a flexible schedule that we believe anyone can accomplish.

The Apprenticeship Summit is the climactic gathering at the end of your year-long journey. More than just a retreat, it is a commissioning service — a time of worship, reflection, and celebration where you are affirmed in your growth and formally sent out into the mission of Christ. It marks the culmination of the SBA experience and sets the tone for living as a lifelong apprentice of Jesus.

Alongside this, each student completes a Capstone Final Project — a personalized expression of their apprenticeship journey. This project is designed to help you integrate what you’ve learned and articulate a clear vision for how you will live it out in your daily life. For some, this may take the form of a personal directive or guiding framework — a kind of “rule for life” that shapes rhythms, relationships, and mission beyond the program. The Capstone is both a reflection of your transformation and a launchpad into the next season of your walk with Christ.

Together, the Summit and Capstone serve as the final anchor of the 1-year School of Biblical Apprenticeship — celebrating your progress, commissioning you for mission, and empowering you to continue living deeply formed in Christ.
